Iridium oxygen evolution type titanium anode application field:
Non-ferrous metal electrolysis production, etching solution electrolytic copper recovery, surface electrochemical treatment of metal foil, electromechanical synthesis, cathodic protection, electrodialysis, acid-base ion water manufacturing, industrial wastewater treatment and other fields. Iridium mixed oxide coating titanium anode is an insoluble anode, which is coated with iridium oxide coating on titanium substrate through special process, so that it has good electrocatalytic activity and electrical conductivity. According to the classification of electrochemical precipitated gas, it belongs to oxygen evolution type anode.

  3. Ru series coated titanium anodes have stable dimensions, electrode spacing does not change during electrolytic process, chlorine evolution overpotential is lower and corrosion resistance is good; low working voltage, high ampere density, and low power consumption with around 20% less.
  4. Platinum plating titanium anodes have excellent corrosion resistance; anodes could be changed in strong acid; their experiment life is 5 to 10 times as long as that of Ir-Ta electrodes; they have stable performance, suitable for various mediums.
